CURRENT PROJECT STATUS & UPDATES:
CONNECTING TO THE SEWER SYSTEM: May is here and all homeowners should be connected to the public sewer system or be under a Contract with a Contractor to complete this work ASAP. It was a long hard winter, followed up by an unusually wet spring. If you have a Contractor lined up, we’ll continue to work with them to get connections completed as quickly as possible. As long as you continue to make progress (not delay the Contractor), you will be in compliance with the Town. Below are the 2 permits required to make the connection to the public sewer system - one for the connection, and one to decommission your septic tank. APPLICATIONS REQUIRED TO CONNECT: 1. NCLSD (North Chautauqua Lake Sewer District) for sewer lateral connection 2.
