Proposed project site is located at the former Chautauqua Point golf course on East Lake Rd. in the Town of Chautauqua. 
Proposal consists of commercial use including retail and a restaurant/brewery, and residential use including single-family homes, townhomes, and condominium units. The intension is to create a resort style community experience.
