• As of 2010 NYS Building Code revisions, ALL roofing projects need to have a permit.
• Property complaints MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING.  Anonymous complaints will not be addressed.  Complaint forms must be complete and submitted via e-mail, mail, or in person.
